Rev. D. Michael Smith The great thing about being a minister is that every aspect of my life becomes centered toward my ministry -- my reading, my music, my interaction with others. This does not mean that my life is consumed by ministry, rather it is enriched by it. The great privilege about this work is to be able to explore life and its possible meanings with others. This means being part of their spiritual journey and being part of their passages -- their celebrations of life through birth and through death. These are profound and intimate moments that few get to experience with others, unless they are family or friends. Getting to do this with sometimes complete strangers is a gift that, for me, brings the larger human family closer together.
Rev. Smith’s Office Hours Weeks following the first and third Sundays of each month: Tuesday evenings 6-9 and Wednesday and Thursday afternoons 1-5.
